1.1) BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN:

With the aim of reducing our environmental impact, returns instructions are digital and not paper.

To make a return (within 15 days of delivery), we recommend using theoriginal packaging in which your order arrived. If you cannot use the original packaging, please place the item inside its packaging and place everything inside another package, so as not to damage the original brand box. If we receive returns shipped only in branded packaging, or returns where the branded packaging has not been adequately protected, we may not be able to issue a refund.

 

2.1) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (ITALY)

  1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
  2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and an order reference
  3. Wait for the response from the customer service department with the return methods
  4. Choose the return method you prefer
  5. If you choose to collect it from our home at a cost of €9, all you have to do is insert the return in its packaging and wait for the courier.
  6. If you choose to ship independently we will wait to receive the return to issue the refund

 

2.2) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (REST OF THE WORLD)

  1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
  2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and an order reference
  3. Once you have received the ok from customer support you can send the return

3.1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (ITALY)

  1. Once the return has been received, we will check the contents and issue an immediate refund.
  2. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
  3. If you paid by cash on delivery, we invite you to also include an IBAN code with the account holder in the return request.
  4. If you have chosen the home delivery method via our GLS service, the €9 for the service will be deducted from the payment method (which must not be given to the courier).

 

3.2) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (REST OF THE WORLD)

  1. As soon as we receive the return and inspect the contents, we will issue an immediate refund
  2. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
