Shipping in Italy

All orders are shipped via express courier (GLS, DHL or equivalents) and include online tracking, fast delivery, and secure packaging.

Shipping costs:

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times are calculated from the moment of shipment.

We ship worldwide via international express courier (DHL or FedEx).

If you wish to receive an invoice, you can request it within 10 days of the purchase date by writing to support@idealmoda.it, indicating the order number and billing details.

• In case of delays due to external causes (bad weather, holidays, customs checks, etc.), delivery times may vary.
